Friends, clients and supporters of Urban Agent Team,

 First of all I’d like to thank you all for your incredible support over the years.  Without each of you I would not have been as successful as I was over the years, and for that I will always be grateful.   However, sometimes in the midst of apparent constancy, life presents us with obstacles and opportunities that change our life course; I was blessed with both in the last year and it is at this juncture that my opportunity to go to back to school is on the brink of becoming reality.  As a result, I recently made the decision to shut down Urban Agent Team in preparation for beginning this new chapter in my life. In the years I spent as owner of Urban Agent Team I learned more than I could have imagined.  Without this knowledge I would not be as prepared as I am now to tackle the challenges ahead. I hope that many of you will continue to stay in touch, and although I may not personally be able to help you with your real estate needs, I’m handing over the “keys” to Urban Agent Team here in Boise to my good friends Wendy and Ford Northcut at Wendy Works Realty.  They are some of the best agents in the valley – consistently ranking at the top of sales figures.  They’ve been in the business since 1992 and are experts in short sales, foreclosures, investments and everything in between. I’ve known them since I started out in the business and have always admired their dedication and success.  I can think of no better agents to entrust those of you who trusted me for so many years to as I move on to my next chapter in life.   And if you’re not in Boise, no worries!  If you’re looking to buy or sell in Seattle or Portland please let me know as I have some wonderful agents there I’d be happy to refer you to as well.
